The house is brand new construction delivering early 2023 and offers the finest designer touches and amenities for the most discerning guests. PER TOWNSHIP RULES, THE PROPERTY HAS A MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF 16 OCCUPANTS AT ALL TIMES.
The Franklin has so much to offer those seeking a luxury vacation experience. All of the bedrooms offer king beds and en-suite bathrooms (3 main floor, 5 second floor, 1 Lower Level), and the 3rd floor loft bedroom has 6 twin beds (and a bathroom with two showers!).
Enjoy making memories with family and friends in the vaulted great room, you’ll have plenty of seating for everyone! Adjacent to the great room is a 4-season sun porch where you can relax with a morning coffee, read a book, or open the windows and dine al fresco! The front den is a great place to take a conference call or Zoom while working remotely, or turn on the fireplace and enjoy some classic tunes on the record player!
The middle den area has more space for work calls and a 65” TV to get away and watch sporting events or play a video game.
The ultimate entertaining space! Spread out in the large sectional sofa in the main gathering area and watch your favorite TV show on the 85” TV. Behind that, test your skills at the arcade games or engage in a competitive game of ping pong! No need to leave the house to exercise - the gym has exercise equipment to keep active! After working out, enjoy a nice steam in the adjacent steam shower. Last but not least, experience the thrill of the movies with an 18-seat custom designed home theater! Stream your favorite movie or display a power point presentation!

PARTIES AND EVENTS:
WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES (BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE, GRADUATION, PROM, MBA, ETC) OR WEDDINGS AT THIS PROPERTY.
CANCELLATIONS DUE TO HEALTH CONCERNS (INCL. COVID-19) ARE NOT EXCLUDED FROM THE POLICY SO GUESTS ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BOOKING. WE DO RECOMMEND GUESTS PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE IF THEY ARE CONCERNED ABOUT POTENTIAL NEED TO CANCEL PRIOR TO THE STAY.
Guests have access to the entire house, only exception being Owner’s closets and supply storage.
Located in historic Gowdy Shores neighborhood of Union Pier, this location cannot be beat! We are one block to the private Gowdy Shores associaton beach with expansive shoreline with plenty of room. We are also walking distance to downtown Union Pier and multiple restaurants including Timothy's and The Grove at Gordon Beach Inn.

PAYMENT TERMS: For direct bookings through our website and VRBO, 10% of the booking amount is due when booked and the balance is due 60 days prior to the stay. If the booking is within 60 days of the arrival date, 100% is due when booked. AirBNB payment terms are per the AirBNB website.
For direct bookings through our website and VRBO, Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund up to 60 days prior to their arrival date. Within 60 days the reservation is non-refundable. If the booking is made within 60 days prior to the arrival, the reservation is non-refundable. AirBNB terms are per the AirBNB cancellation policy.
Dogs permitted, maximum of 2 and $100 pet fee applies to each dog. No other pets are permitted.
We do have a Ring door bell on the front door. This camera is used to monitor door access when the property is not in use. Otherwise the doorbell is not regularly monitored.
